Education for Therapists, Healers & Wellness Professionals
The future of mental health care is integrative... where neuroscience, clinical expertise, and whole-person approaches come together to create more effective, compassionate care.
Healing is evolving. As our understanding of the brain and nervous system grows, so does our ability to offer more personalized, effective, and meaningful care.
Welcome to a growing library of courses, trainings, and clinical resources designed for professionals who are passionate about advancing their knowledge and expanding their clinical skills. Whether you are a licensed therapist, social worker, psychologist, counselor, coach, nurse, yoga teacher, massage therapist, energy practitioner, or other wellness professional, these educational opportunities are designed to deepen your understanding of the human experience and enhance the care you provide.
Drawing from neuroscience, trauma research, attachment theory, somatic psychology, breathwork, sound healing, clinical aromatherapy, EMDR principles, and integrative wellness practices, each training translates emerging research into practical, evidence-informed interventions that can be incorporated into real-world practice.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, educator, and creator of the Rhythm Keeper Method™, my passion is making complex neuroscience understandable, accessible, and immediately applicable. My goal is to bridge research with clinical practice—equipping helping professionals with innovative tools that foster nervous system regulation, resilience, and lasting change.
Whether you're looking to better understand trauma and the brain, integrate somatic interventions into your practice, explore the therapeutic use of breathwork or aromatherapy, or simply continue growing as a clinician, you'll find resources designed to inspire curiosity, strengthen confidence, and support lifelong learning.
Together, we can continue advancing the art and science of healing—one clinician, one client, and one community at a time.
