This style of therapy is deep and activating. If you have experienced traditional counseling and have found yourself helped but not healed… this is the next step. We identify the core of the block(s). Insights bring awareness and awareness brings change. We blend western and eastern models of psychotherapy to create a bridge between your logic and emotional brain. Talk therapies focus on the logic, but often our trauma and triggers are in the emotional brain—disconnected from this logic.
